Reed Wines are single vineyard expressions made by Sierra Reed in Geelong Victoria. Always an inquisitive and
enthusiastic drinker, Sierra’s journey from wine drinker to wine maker, began in New Zealand and continued
with a rapid succession of vintages around the globe. In 2015 Sierra took those inspirations and lessons learnt
and made her first Reed-labeled wines. This Riesling, produced from whole bunch pressed fruit, had a long, cool
and wild fermentation, aged in stainless steel tank, on lees for 7 months and bottled with 23grams of residual
sugar. With its tart fresh white peach and nectarine aromas balanced with pomello skin and ancient sea bed
saline minerality, it tiptoes a well balanced dance between the acid, fruit and texture, seamless.
