Architects of Wine Lambrusco Maestri 2019

Description

Another rendition of Lambrusco, this time the still, red, put it in the fridge version. Picked at Rosé ripeness, this was split 50/50 and fermented half as whole berries and the other half carbonic macerated for 2 weeks with a further week crushed as whole bunches. Dark purple ruby, floral, fresh red berries and that trademark Lambrusco earthy spice. Designed to be chilled down and drunk as the slightly more heavy duty alternative to the Vini Misti. Don’t be deceived by the immense colour though, this wine is deceptively fresh and zippy.
