Description
The 2020 Foamo is Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris taken from various organic Great Southern vineyards. It was wild-fermented on skins for two days before being pressed straight to tank. It was bottled with a small amount of sugar to finish fermentation under crown seal, pétillant naturel.
