Description
This is a blend of Riesling and Semillon from the organically farmed L’enclos Du Tertre vineyard in the Great Southern’s Frankland River sub-region. Hand-picked on the same day, parcels were fermented separately for an average of six days on skins before basket pressing to a combination of mature oak and ceramic egg. The 2020 version is as aromatic as ever with aromas of white flowers and citrus, with a mouthful of fresh tannins (in the nicest possible way)
