Pewsey Vale produces some of Australia’s best Riesling, and this wine is a prime example. Made in an off-dry style similar to German Riesling, this stunner rivals Germany’s best. The 23G of residual sugars are perfectly balance by the fresh acid that people expect of Riesling. Like a perfectly ripe apple; crunchy,crisp and healthy but just enough sugar to trick you into thinking it’s candy.
