This unique Spanish blend from the Barossa (45% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha, 8% Monastrell, 5% Bastardo 2%
Tinta Amerilia) pays homage to the winemakers backpacking adventures through Spain. This small batch wine
was produced and certified Organic/Biodynamic with minimal sulphites used at bottling, natural ferments, nil
to minimal adjustment and old oak; all buzz words which usually equate to a higher price tag. The grapes used
are lesser known varietals here in Australia, the Tempranillo sourness balanced against the sweetness of
Garnacha with Monastrell, Bastardo and Tinta Amerilla filling out the back palate. The main focus of this wine is juicy red fruits and bright flavours, the perfect wine to drink on a warm day.
