Wildflowers, Green Tea Kombucha and Orange Zest

Zippy, zingy Zibibbo! Fresh and crisp with heaps of florals and aromatics. This wine is fermented with wild yeasts and and rested on lees to enhance the already incredible flavor profile. Funky and fun, this wine doesn’t require food but it is definitely at home with our Creamy Seafood Marinara and also stands up to flavorful antipasti.

Zibibbo is the name for an ancient grape from North Africa called Muscat of Alexandria. The islands of Sicily and Pantilleria make a gorgeous dessert wine from it called Moscato Passito di Pantilleria. Don’t worry, we have that too.
